NOTE: Each Sushi Board is a unique piece on its own made by hand, not by a machine. The one you order will be crafted from the same species of wood, and will be of the same construction and the same general shape and size. As there are no two identical pieces of wood slight variation in the color, tone, and figuration of the wood grain should be expected.

Maintenance guide: Rub periodically with mineral oil.
Deep-clean with salt and lemon juice blend.
